I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the staff were lovely and the rooms varied from decent to very nice. On the downside, the location wasn’t ideal, and some of the amenities could use improvement. Overall, while it was a pleasant stay, there were several areas that fell short of expectations.

I'm really conflicted about this hotel. On one hand, the location is great, just a short walk from the vibrant Chaweng area, and the pool area is a lovely spot to relax.
